The terms for using Ballsy. By playing, you agree to them.

Who we are

Ballsy is run by Ballsy ("we", "us"). These terms are between you and us.

A free game, provided as is

Ballsy is free to play. It's provided as is, without any guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or that every result, score or player record is accurate.

Fair use

Play it, share your results and tell your friends. Please don't try to disrupt the site, get around how the game works or overload it.

No automated access

Don't scrape the site or call its APIs with bots, scripts or other automated tools, and don't copy its match data or daily rounds in bulk.

Accounts

Accounts are for people aged 13 and over. You don't need one to play. Keep your sign-in details to yourself. We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms.

Display names

Display names must not be offensive, and must not impersonate anyone else. We may change or remove a display name that breaks this rule, or remove its scores from the leaderboards, without notice.

Content may change

Games, rules, scoring and the data behind them may change or be removed at any time. Saved progress lives in your browser (and in your account, if you have one) and may be reset if a game changes.

Trademarks

Team, league and competition names and logos belong to their owners. Their use here doesn't mean they endorse or are connected with Ballsy. See the credits page for data sources.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
